Self Care, Health Care Day

The Filey Surgery and the Patient Participation Group (PPG) are organising a “Self Care, Health Care Day”.

There will be local organisations and services offering help and advice on a number of self-help health related issues including representatives from:

• Carers Resource
• Age UK, Alzheimer’s Society
• NHS weight management
• Slimming World
• Bike about Filey
• Otago Strength and Balance
• Everyone Active
• The Filey Surgery
• Filey Lions Club
• Filey Tennis and Bowling Club
to name a few.

Everyone is welcome and entry of free.
Refreshments will be provided by Tesco Filey.
